Get Involved

There are endless ways you can get involved as an alumnae. There's volunteering for an event or committee, sharing your knowledge through the mentorship program, or joining the actives at a major ritual or formal. What ever way you choose to get involved, your sisters are always excited to see you.

Philanthropy

As a sorority we support two main philanthropy initiatives; the Anselma House and Black Women in Motion. In addition to this the AOAA shares philanthropy indicatives that alumnae are individually involved in.

Alumnae Socials

Being an alumnae can feel isolating at times. Take some time off and enjoy being social with your sisters again. Join one of the quarterly events hosted by the AOAA and connect with your fellow alumnae sisters.

Mentor an Active

Graduating can be an intimidating time, but it doesn't have to be. The way you had a Big sister entering the sorority, pay it forward and help a graduating sister navigate the uncertain world of post-graduation. You have more to offer than you think.

Monthly Meetings

Just because we're apart doesn't mean we can't see each other. Regardless where you are in the world, we want you to feel connected to the sorority. Join us online every third Sunday of the month for our monthly meeting.
