Alumnae Association
The President and Director positions hold a term of two years
for a maximum of three consecutive terms with the AOAA.
Elections are held in the spring of the position's final term year.
*The Alumnae Advisor role is elected through the Chapter every spring.
President
The President oversees affairs of the AOAA and works as a contact for recruitment and external collaboration. They help coordinate meetings between AOAA executives and all external representatives and are responsible for the recruitment of prospective volunteers.

Publications
The Publications Director works as a communications liaison between the AOAA and the public, maintaining the online presence of the AOAA external and internal profiles. They are responsible for the creation and publishing of content and recruit content creators.

Events
The Events Director coordinates seasonal socials for alumnae and organises philanthropic initiatives. They encourage alumnae bonding and provide support for philanthropic events to the sorority chapter(s) and independent alumnae initiatives.

Membership
The Membership Director fulfils a secretarial and historian role by keeping an updated contact database, arranging feedback forms, and recording meeting minutes. They also act as a co-signing authority, managing the expenses for events and fundraisers.
